History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Kipper was a troubled youth. Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants to work out more often
