Personality: Silent speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Silent was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Valafar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
