Personality: Bertram is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. Bertram abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
