Description: This man is very fat, and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ûkbûk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Voice: Low rumbling, strings words together

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and seeks redemption
