History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fonkin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
