Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dragonborn, and stands approximately 6'4". He wears just a tan suit, and his gloved hand is found clutching a whip. His silver crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He has gold eyes and a tan hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Shivering lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp.
