History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Jak learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Jak reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

This search led him directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has never given up on his painting dream.
