History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Rael alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has achieved small success as a Slave Trader.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
