Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear flannel. He wears a colorful flower in his blue crest. His eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture
