So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Alvyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Mordai has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
