Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Thamuz was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
