Description: Standing 6'2", this man is wearing a long, red, dusty cloak. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gnarsh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and gnomish compassion

Description: This malnourished man wears a green vest and prefers white and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
