Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Oblar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He has worked as a Barber like his mother before him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Banker. He has worked as a Banker like his mother before him.
