History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This southern man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has red hair. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to reunite with his absent father

He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. He keeps his purple hair in a pixie cut. His silver eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and sabotage a competitor
