History: Rendar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man very much looks the part of a Carter. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. In his youth he was a Mortician, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Rimmon hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
