History: Tomi hails from a village terrorized by drow. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
