Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Hobart was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Halfling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his scimitar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Broce is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
