History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He struck the Adventurer job and began his own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bellfounder for hire.
