History: Veit hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Efferil is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A true patriot, Efferil would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Efferil was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ozyman has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Geoffrey is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
