Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.

History: Born to a Bowyer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kelter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
