History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Paggen and his spouse have recently divorced.

He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Kugáluga never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
