Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears just a violet suit. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Faran was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Faran was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. One day when Bernard was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Bernard was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
