Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. The war was a terrible time for him, and Peren does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
