History: He was born in the east. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, William never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
