Description: A 3'4" southern man, he wears a fancy tan suit. His silver hair is cut short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Hamil was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Beggar. After a long history of fighting, Hamil and his spouse have recently divorced.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right.
