Thorin Brawnanvil, Male Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Thorin took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
