History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Barber, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's in love; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. He is portly but not overly obese. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Chay grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Chay. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
