Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Barakas was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Robert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and sabotage a competitor
