History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, blue shirt, and green tie. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Veit is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, Veit would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His ears are large.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and sabotage a competitor
