Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Taklinn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.
