He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He became a Weaver soon after.
