Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Diggory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
