Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His auburn hair is long and unkept. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spy, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
