History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Gerald was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gerald's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
