History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid.
