Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Thomas was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
