His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Manfred abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
