Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Qualen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
