Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears his chestnut hair down. Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
