He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Assassin, and he later adopted a second son.

He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
