Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Pallabar was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
