History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. He worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Brewer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This eastern man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. His clothes are grease stained in places. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Gnome Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
