History: Joser was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
