History: He was born into a rich family. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: Miles hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Actor, but he got bored and became a Guard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.
