Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. River was a troubled youth.
