Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Skirt was taken on many hunting expeditions. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family.
