History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Glim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Glim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Glim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Fallond hails from a village terrorized by drow. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

He became a Miner soon after.
