Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fortune-teller born in the past three hundred years. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barfa grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
