Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His white hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Sapply is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
