Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Hupe was a troubled youth.
